I'm curious. Do you allow parents to drop off their children to be alone with you...(in a CASE where the parent needs to attend to out-of-town business?) Also, I visited your office and noticed your establishment is NOT ACCREDITED by the ADA. Why is that? Thank you for caring for John and Nick's teeth, and have a GREAT DAY, Mr. V. Feel free to contact me. I would appreciate some answers.
Hi PB, Sorry for the late reply. We ask the parents/guardian to be there when their child is being seen in our office. That being said, some parents leave to run errands. As far as I know, and I have asked other dentists, there are no accredited dental offices by the ADA. Only educational entities can be accredited by the ADA. Hope that helps. Thanks for your reply.
hello, i am 26 years old and looking at doing the Six Month Smile procedure. i have not had my wisdom teeth out, and i have one tooth that needs to be extracted. i am wondering if i need to take care of both before entering the Six Month Smile procedure. Thank you.
Hi Shane, Good question. Since 6 month smiles concentrates on your front six teeth, the need for wisdom tooth extraction is determined at the initial complete exam. Several factors would be examined after the necessary x-rays were taken. Same goes for the other tooth that needs extracted. Sometimes extractions are not necessary before 6 month smiles. Hope that helps.
